TBF partnership with The Alchemist rasies £43,390 for Bloodcancer

Joshua Tree Official Opening

It was lovely to be invited to the official opening of The Joshua Tree Children with Cancer support Centre in Cheshire.  The invite came following our donation of  £30,000 that we raised with support the New World Trading Company. The donation was for a beautiful garden space for the children to enjoy when they are visiting the Centre. Tim Bacon Foundation Hospitality Challenge

On the 26th September 11 teams from hospitality came together and ran the Great Manchester 10k for the Tim Bacon Foundation.  There were 90 runners from  Australasia, Blackhouse, Tattu, Grand Pacific,  Barlows Electrical, Gaucho, Alchemist, Robinsons, Arc Inspirations and Gusto. Following a forced year off the battle for Tim Bacon Memorial Cup Cricket match was back on. IT’S A ‘GOOD DAY’ FOR THE TIM BACON FOUNDATION

Salford Brewery SEVEN BRO7HERS has raised nearly £10,000 for the Tim Bacon Foundation through the sales of its Good Day IPA. Launched in November 2019, Good Day IPA has been sold through the brothers’ web shop and on tap in its beer houses; 60p from each can goes directly to support the foundation. £13,400 Donated to Maggies Manchester for workshops

We were very happy to be able to support Maggie's this Autumn with a donation of £13,400.  It is certainly a tough time for all Charities with most events and fundraising activity cancelled for the foreseeable.   Maggie's during the pandemic has remind open mainly electronically to be able to continue to provide the invaluable support.  The doors have slowly started to open again and they are enjoying seeing people at their kitchen table again. TBF partnered with New World Trading present £30K to Joshua Tree

During January New World Trading (The Botanist, The Florist, The Houses) ran the £1 on the bill incentive for the Tim Bacon Foundation.  Diners when they came into the restaurants were giving the option to donate to the Foundation.  This raised £30,000 which has subsequently been donated to the Joshua Tree.  The Joshua Tree moved into their purpose built new premises near Northwich in April  this year and the money donated is going towards their new garden space.
