Casual Dining Awards 2026

We were kindly invited back by Casual Bar to attend their awards on 23rd April at the London Marriot Grosvenor Square. Bouitinot Wines, Liberty Wines and Chapel Down provided us with some excellent prizes which resulted in us raising a whopping £7777.00 on the night. We were supported again with volunteers from The Alchemist and Neil and Dhillon came to join us again which was really much appreciated as we couldn't have simply done this without them.   Read More...

Late Night Lunch 2026

We were privileged to be invited again as the charity for Late Night Lunch 2026 - the event that supports the late night sector. This year the event was held at Elland Road in Leeds and it was lovely to catch up with some old friends.  Thank you to John Hayes and Jason Wollington for making the event a success and raising £3000 for the foundation. Hospitality Kicks is back for 2026

Access have handed the organisational baton of Hospitality Kicks to the Tim Bacon Foundation. Dream The Impossible 2025

On the 11th September 2025 11 Manchester restaurants - Alchemist, Blacklock, Fenix, Founder's Hall , Grand Pacific, Hawksmoor, Higher Ground,  Lucky Cat, Tattu San Carlo and 20 Stories - were taken over for Dream The Impossible with the night ending with one big after-party at The Albert Hall.  ​​​​​​​ The event raised a total of £231,000 for 8 Cancer Charties - Bloodcancer UK, Brain Tumour Charity, Maggies Manchester, Prevent Breast Cancer, Teenage Cancer Trust, The Christie Charity,The Joshua Tree, Young... Hospitality Kicks 2025

15th July saw the 3rd Hospitality Kicks take place at  Wythenshawe Park.  Despite the rain spirits and play definately weren't dampened. Invitation from Blood Cancer UK

It was lovely to be invited by Blood Cancer UK to visit St James's Palace.  Their patron the Duke of Westminster hosted an evening to launch their new fundraising campaign Trial Beat. Trial Treat Beat, is their appeal to increase survival for the hardest to treat blood cancers. 70% of people with these blood cancers will not survive and, too often, die within just one year of diagnosis. Casual Bar and Dining Awards 2025

We were honoured to be invited to be the chosen charity once again for the Casual Bar and Dining Awards in 2025. Once again we had a fantastic team of volunteers from The Alchemist along with Neil Bruce, Dhilon Solanki, Bev Roberts and Grace Roberts.  The event raised just short of £6,000.  We can't thank everyone who donated enough it really is much appreciated. Hospitality Helps

We are excited to announce that we have raised a total of £30,000 for Hospitality Helps Prevent Breast Cancer. The donation is to fund the new Breast Imaging Academy at Wythenshawe Hospital.    £27,000 of the total raised has been match funded by The Big Give this therefore means that the final total that we have presented to Prevent Breast Cancer is £57,000.  This total couldn't have been achieved without the support of  Permanently Unique Group, Gusto Restaurants, The Alchemist,... Anyone for Cricket

Tim Bacon Foundation was invited to attend the Annual Cricket match between Ian Edward and Paul Campbell at Harrow St Mary's Cricket Club. Play started at 14.00 hrs with 25 overs per side.  The play was followed by a presentation to Paul's team this year who took the trophy! A fabulous £2500 was raised and we enjoyed a lovely curry and drinks provided by Warners Gin at the end of play. Read More...
