Bloodcancer UK joined on the 11th September 2025 to partner with Verlingue Insurance at Higher Ground.
The funds donated following Dream the Impossible 2025 will go towards Trial Treat Beat, our appeal to increase survival for the hardest to treat blood cancers. 70% of people with these blood cancers will not survive and, too often, die within just one year of diagnosis. Through Trial Treat Beat they want to double survival for the hardest to treat blood cancers, from 3 in 10 to 6 in 10.
Blood Cancer UK will fund three large scale, innovative clinical trials known as multi arm, multi stage studies (MAMS), which allow researchers to test multiple treatments at the same time – so that personalised treatments can be developed at a much faster pace for the hardest to treat blood cancers.
Also, they will invest in our Clinical Trials Support Service to make clinical trials accessible to as many people as possible, and in policy work so that trial outcomes are embedded into our future advocacy for better blood cancer care.
