We had an incredible day on 7th July Hospitality Kicks 2026. 23 teams from the field of Hospitality all came together at Macclesfield Football Club for a day of footie, fun and networking. A big thank you goes to the club and the staff who went above and beyond, making us feel very welcome as we took over the club for the day.
The day saw some gripping matches being played – one particular match that stood out was San Carlo Restaurant Group vs Hickorys Smokehouse going to a sudden death penalty shoot out, which silenced the stadium! Barlows (UK) Ltd retained their title of the Hospitality Kickers however the final was a tough match against JW Lees Brewery with the match being decided with penalties. Congratulations to Dishoom and Mission Mars for coming in 3rd and 4th place. Although everyone was a winner in our eyes!
The Referees did an excellent job and the Dream Team were out in force making sure the day ran without a hitch.
A whopping total of £18600 was raised a big thank you to Access Hospitality for sponsoring the event and their amazing support in handing the event over to us. A thank you to Lucky Saint too for their sponsorship.
Off the pitch everyone enjoyed a delicious ice cream from the San Carlo ice cream stand , a refreshing Lucky Saint non alcoholic beer and teams were also kept hydrated with the thanks to H2Origin Refills (using this we avoided 150 bottles of water, we can definitely do better next time!).
The sound on the day was kindly provided by The Blacka Group, The University of Salford sports rehabillitation course provided much needed massages and First Aid, Bella Design & Marketing for marketing support and Mercury Support making sure we were safe by providing everything compliance.
